Trophy Care: Please have your trophies engraved as early as possible. Please clean and polish the silver trophies with a soft cloth AND proper silver polish. Use only a soft cloth to wipe all other trophies. Do not use any harsh abrasive products. Trophy Return: Please return all CDMF trophies by November 17, 2026. Trophy Return Location: The Bolton Academy of Spoken Arts 202-5550 Fraser St. Vancouver, BC Drop-off Hours: Tuesday to Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 9:30am-9:00pm Frequently the trophies need to be repaired, cleaned or polished. In order to have these trophies ready for festival time they must be returned on time and in good condition.
